I tried returning an item from rnrgames.com the whole refund process was frustrating. It took way too long to get a clear response, and they kept asking me for details I’m sure I had already sent. I can’t say if this is how it goes for everyone, but in my case the refund dragged on for ages and just wasn’t worth the hassle. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

The box showed up crushed, and the game inside was a bit bent. I can’t say for sure if it happened during shipping or before it was sent out, but either way it was disappointing to receive it like that...
